Poor instructions made the unit difficult to figure out. Beyond that , it is a great product.
Difficult to match real focus of optics with camera
Software disc would only accept versions through Vista. No phone support. Very poor Internet support. I emailed them and they never returned my question. Could not install software. Maximum of 16 gig SD card. Fortunately Walmart is excellent when you want to return something.
I haven't a clue,on how well they work..My problem is......I bought these for my Husbands Christmas,and he liked them well,but couldn't try them out because there was no SIM card..,I didn't have an idea that there would be none..or that is just wasn't with the Binoculars,I did write to the company to ask,and haven't heard back from them yet. Sad part is,My husband had surgery this morning at 7:00 so he won't even be able to try them out for a few weeks now..I am so disappointed,that he couldn't try them out yesterday....So I am not happy as of right now,maybe in a few weeks...
